The whole point of LBW is to stop batsmen blocking the stumps with his pad. He deserved to be given out for such a stupid shot whether or not it was hitting!

Yeah, it is unfortunate that it was missing, but you get what you deserve if you leave balls like that!....I doubt they would have reviewed it anyway

. Still reckon that if you leave it then anything hitting should be given though. It always used to be benefit of the doubt to the bowler on a leave.

Even if Pietersen plays(hope he does to get some form) I might even consider Compton in for Baristow tbh...I just haven't seen much from him.

Lumb is a good shout too, and I have always been a Morgan fan.
