92 max i think so 48 is fine
1.5 actual value is ok for good air cooling and water based systems ,if you can run with lower vcore stable then great or even better go higher with the fsbwhat about the 1.5 vcore??? 1.5 seems a tad high, could it be dropped to say about 1.45 or 1.4 or would i get instability?
I installed this board tonight with 2*1gb of Crucial ballistix tracer.

On pc probe it is showing at Dram: 2.22v in the red and Dram Ref: 1.10v in the red. is this to worry about??
Any idea how to change this?
mine did this as well. seems that board slightly overvolts against against spd....i wouldnt worry about it (as long as ram is specifided to run @ 2.2v) - cpu-z reads spds if you want to check.
still unless you are runnning super high fsbs you could probably get away with reducing the voltage and running slower with manual configuration..
Im running a q6600 g0 @ 3.6Ghz @ 400x9.
I have 2xCorsair Dominator 8500 1GB sticks but want 4 Gb in total.
Ive heard rumours that more memory might hamper my overclock
the bus speed is not important to me (as long as is >=400) but the 3.6ghz overall cpu is..
what memory purchase would allow me to keep my overclock
should i buy 2 more dominators @ great expenses?
or 2x2Gb sticks @ 400fsb @ some expense
or 4x1 GB @400 fsb @ least expense
or doesnt the above matter at all re: protecting the overclock.
thanks for the advice
Sorry Orange, it has to be the black one i'm afraid.
If you can't get the room, perhaps u can buy a cheap x-fi to put into a normal pci slot?
Hi guys, does the Noctua CPU cooler fit on this board?
i got an old chieftec dragon i think is, the sound cards fits mine.Hmm, always could try some case-modding
Need to replace this old chieftec soon anyway.
Thanks
Hi take a look at post 151 it will give you the basic settings for a stable overclock , if you still struggle try two sticks of ram untill stable
