If you have the option of taking it back, you may as well. The Ultimate Edition grants you access to additional maps, weapon unlocks, co-op onslaught mode and extra Battlefield 1943 game.

I normally really like the Battlefield series and I played and enjoyed Bad Company 1 over a long period of time.

I have to say since March I have played Bad Company 2 less than 20 times. It has some element that I dislike about it.. not sure why but it lacks the fun that Bad Company 1 had.

Playing with at least 1 other person/friend who communicates makes this game a lot more fun. If you have someone to let you know where they seen an enemy eg they just got killed, just seen a guy run round to your position etc. then there a lot more felxibility to kill them than say cod where evereyone just sprints everywhere and jumps in your face.

Did you play with only yourself?
 
They seemed to have halved the damage caused by C4 to the crates. It now takes around 18-24 explosives instead of 12.

yes, it's easier, but I hope it brings back more squad play, and give defenders an opportunity to know when the crate is being targetted.
