I've done it once or twice. It's quite funny shooting the driver of the apc type vehicles too :)

Contrary to above post, don't try hardcore mode.

Have a look at your weapon stats and choose one that suits your style of play more. For instance, I like to get as close as possible, so shotguns rule for me :) If you're at a distance more, choose something with more accuracy, etc.

I've shot 3 people out of choppers, but only passengers in the blackhawk so far I think.

I did however sniper a guy who was in mid air flying towards me having jumped off a ledge on a quadbike. I literally got him at the peak of his jump, then as I unscoped I quickly sidestepped to avoid the quadbike.

I really really regretted not having FRAPS running.

Agree with this 100%. If I see mine is above 1 then I am happy that I am not completely sucking.

I'm usually that suicidal Engineer who will sacrifice himself to put a tracer on a tank or die 4 times to take out the armor raping our team :)

I learn a long time ago that stat chasing is a pointless e-peen waving exercise that ends up getting people frustrated or playing the game way too cautiously just to protect their ratios and not actually winning the game.
 
What's up with 2 people killing each other at the same time as well? I'm sure it takes absolutely astonishing luck to manage to both click the mouse at exactly the same time and both get a kill shot but these seems to happen to me all the time. I just raked somebody with the PKM and as they died I hit the deck also. He killed me with a pistol headshot while I was machinegunning him, we both died...

I can count on one hand how many times this happened in other online shooters but I've lost track of the amount of times it's happened here.

Also, today I've had absolutely ridiculous screen tearing yet again. Can anyone confirm whether Rivatuner works on ATI cards? I thought it was only for Nvidia?

Lol, exactly :) I tend to go for vehicles as soon as they appear too... I often get C4 as my 'best weapon' at the end of a round.

Nothing is more frustrating than snipers....on your own team. People moving in strategically and sniping is fine. People sitting at the back (and not necc. just recon - people tank camping suck too) and not getting involved in the game annoy the hell out of me.

I get this quite a lot too (double KO). I presume it's something to do with the way that the anti-lag code works and/or making the bullet physics more realistic...or something.

I got this 3/4 times in a few hours the other day.

Its really not a problem, we all benifit from it so job done. Any OCUK'ers need to get on the server tho just either drop on vent (thats nearing full capcity at nights tho :eek:) or message us.

Blacklines: Spk to you later about admin mate, we are going to be making big changes soon, We are going to have to stop recuriting for a while so we can sort our current guys out, really dont want a clan that seperates in to groups!

From now on its invite only.

I know what you are saying though and feel this regularly, in certain games; not sure what it is, whether I am "sucking" (God I hate these Americanism's we are infected with.) or lag possibly can be aiding the victor in these situations?
Weapon choice, as FrenchTart say's is critical of coarse.
Hardcore probably wasn't the best solution, though I have experienced what you explained more in normal mode.

As I posted above it's D3DOverrider that you use not actually rivatuner, and yes it fixed the tearing on my 5870 :)

Ahhh this is why i need to put more admin on. Dont have anyone else to ask, Lyon nd DC usually on all day.

If your on there tell the guy if he doesn't stop he's going to get banned later. Know that wont make much difference but worth a try.

I'l ban him later.
