I only experienced decent teamwork about once last night (out of about 5-6 hours play)

I'm guessing (hoping) it's just because people are new to the game and just having a play around with stuff. This game really requires good teamwork with at least one engineer and one medic in the squad. In fact playing the beta with a friend it's great fun as a couple of medics just reviving each other constantly :P
 
Been having a look around the forums and the usual moans about camping etc.

Honestly its like a pack of petulant kids , if you don't like it , either kill em, stay away from them or go play on a private server. If you aren't skillful enough find em and kill em then practise more instead of whining. This isn't MW2 ya know ;)

Also I'm thinking of starting a campaign to ban the word 'noob' or derivitives i.e. 'noobtube' . Not only does it sound stupid and makes you sound like you are 10 , but usually the people throwing it about aren't very good either or they wouldn't be getting killed by new players in the first place. And if one does happen to get ya , so what !

Oh noes , I have leet skillz my kill/death stat is crap cos I got killed by a noob with a noobtube, bbwwwaaahhhhhhhhhh :rolleyes: !

Personally speaking I'm not particularly good at this game but find it great fun and always welcome new meat to the grinder. Plus with all the new maps to learn , just sticking your head out is dangerous you never know who's gonna get ya. Still think killcam is a bad idea ? ;)

People have to learn and usually its the hard way, as long as they don't resort to hacks then I don't have a problem with new players, after all players are what make or break online games and patronising 'elite' players only make it more intimidating for new players by posting crap.

You'll be lucky to find true squad play. You'd be better off joining a clan and doing it that way.... people usually only join a squad to use them as spawn points.

A good few of us from here use the vent in OP and do sum serious squad work, your welcome to join us.

here here... either that or get DCFC to camp on hill with sniper.... run down the middle and chances are every1 who tried to kill you would have been killed. The sod snipes you out of the sky the sec u spawn! grrrr... i'm getting your dogs tags i'm telling you!
 
The people ordered from Play.com i would say a good 3 days, i had a micro sd card for them other week and it took 3 days to arrive and that was the same standard delivery option.

They have 2 warehouses in which they ship from, Jersey and Newbury, if they ship from Newbury its next day, if Jersey then its 3 days, dont expect to see it till Saturday :mad: this is the reason I cancelled £250+ of pre-orders with play.com, their just useless these days.
 
Is there anyway I can get this today? Are people already playing?

If I downloaded the EA version is that playable yet or a preload?

I canceled my jersey order after hearing about crazy delivery times.
 
Play never held themselves out to be fast delivery, has always been 3-5 days. They are just cheap and easy.

EA is downloadable and playable same day.
 
Some people have clocked up over 24 hours played time on it already , it's stupid that people can get a head start over others but then again leaderboards don't really mean much other than e-peen.
 
Played this last night (after a serious long download!) for about an hour or so. Was capture the territory mode (whatever the official name is?) ....loved it!! MILES better than the Beta version!! Runs fantastic, bullets actually are registering :D Going to be a great game I think!!
