That's the veteran edition that you asked for Prestige Edition is for the night vision goggles and I don't think you'll get hold of that version now, that was for sale at the record store.

Also some people have been hex editing the game into their profiles since the achievements went live. Seems kinda dumb to do so, that's just blatantly asking for bannage.
