@peterattheboro, they should have used the crysis 2 party/dedicated server system, that worked fine from what I played of it.

I really hope I prefer Battlefield 3, I really do. I'm a huge fan of BF2 and have put a lot more hours into it than I have MW2, but I still really enjoy MW2 and Black Ops (though not as much!). However, I'm willing to bet MW3 outsells BF3.

First was the Elite subscription pos, now its no dedi!
They never learnt the first time.
It will sell well and make loads of money. Wont mean its a good game tho.
Its a console game first and foremost now, created to sell in volume to the masses.
The audience they are targetting has changed it seems to me. They arent looking at the Pc community clans etc... they want the 15year old console kid to by it as thats probably the biggest cash cow.

this game looks like it's going to beat BF3 AND Skyrim, just like MW2.

It's quite sad how the COD series has turned out. I absolutely LOVED COD, COD:UO, COD2, etc. MW1 was the last good one.
