Far as I know, OcUK don't have a group. But look for DC Raiders on Facebook. But I would suggest, getting the game first (or see if someone has a buddy key to trial it). Then if the game is to your liking, purchase it, get online, level up as much as you can, join the FB page then ask to be in the league in game and go from there
then I really don't know what is wrong then!
Sure, Sapphire 5850 1gb with 10.12 drivers (for 64-bit OS).
V-Sync off, no tearing at all in game apart from the little cut scenes when you click on the info booths.
Edit - sorry thought you were the guy with the tearing problem, I haven't had any crashes here though.
Sounds like it is not your video that is the problem. Overclocking?
Try to disable things in windows services maybe there is a program that is disturbing the game.
How do you not get tearing (not saying you don't). Every game I play without vsync has tearing. Is it something to do with the monitor I use? I have a BX2450 LED 24"
I think it is my video, that's where its crashing ever single time, as soon as i click play from my character screen bang it crashes!
I don't do overclocking
Tried removing the drivers completely? Installing ATI latest reference drivers?
Probably not Direct X related since that gets installed with game.
I've done all that, rolled back to 10.9 as tech support told me too, even tried 10.8, 10.7
I've reinstalled fresh for the 3rd time,
downloaded latest driver for ati 10.12 , done everything I can possibly do.
to be honest, I'm getting to a stage where Sony can stick their game where the sun don't shine!! never ever had such an issue with a game as I'm having with this!!
Right a couple of days in and I gotta say I just don't get it. I can understand why graphic novel fans love it but as a game for me at the moment it just doesn't work.
The UI is clumsy and unattractive and the action MMO thing in this guise feels odd. The inclusion of an aiming reticule seems to have no bearing on events its simply case of locking on and hammer mouse buttons rinse and repeat. Even the skills feel like there not really required.
Also I've made a few different class's yet all the skill actually seem very similar just with a slightly different graphic.
Its a nice looking game but I just don't see where its going. Do skills become more relevant at higher levels ?
....and why bother having a costume customizer in the character creation menu, spent ages (well 5mins) getting the guy just how I wanted him but as soon as you get new armour that looks changed?
Nice intro and story premise though
Maybe defective hardware. I am on Nvidia, and have never had a crash. Game is super stable.
