Yes I play DCS on a 55" C8 OLED. What's up?

What graphics card do you use?
I'm looking to buy a 4K TV and would be keen to use it with DCS, however I currently have a GTX960 in my PC and although it says it can output to 4K I'm not so sure as it is one of the lower end cards.

Does it have a dynamic campaign or is the same missions over and over again?

DCS World does not have dynamic campaign capability built in (for any module)
In a poll 4 years ago people were asked what they wanted most .....
Guess what out of the 10 options got the most votes, by a HUGE margin (nearly twice as many as the next popular) ?
..... yep dynamic campaign system

poll here - https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=151627

On a realistic note, people have been asking for a dedicated server from Eagle Dynamics for 11 years now
And we are getting it in Autumn 2018 .... woo hoo

I don't get dynamic campaigns, their missions tend to be generic and samey. Handcrafted missions with voice acting/memorable set pieces win it any day for me. There are quite a few for FC3 - default, user created free, paid... I still have not played trough most of them.

You cannot compare a dynamic campaign to mission scripts. With set missions, everything is the same and the next mission you fly is like entering a totally different sterile and reset world.

Dynamic campaigns add a lot of interest an variety. That bridge you blew up 20 missions ago? Ya that is still blown up.

With static missions, you fly a simulated aircraft. In a dynamic campaign, you fly a combat aircraft into a war. There is a reason that sim developers have been envious of Falcon 4 for decades.

Yeah, but with the scripted campaign you get to hear the voice of the downed pilot who is asking to cover for his rescue chopper (actual A-10C campaign mission), or see a group of commandos (on your targeting container) lasing a target for your bombs (another one from A-10C),or getting directions for terrorists' car that is driving somewhere out of town, before being told to shoot ahead of his car to scare him into stopping(Ka-50 and A-10C campaign missions). Or intercepting a private jet transferring a terrorist, having to fly alongside it and then shoot one of its engines to scare him into diverting to an airfield where he is apprehended by the police (FC3 F-15C mission)...

You get the picture:) Yes, the missions will always stay the same (unless they do not due to random triggers :)), but the experience is just so much more varied than the generic "Bomb, Escort, Patrol" generated fair :)
Falcon was the only exception where dynamic campaign was pretty great, the rest were pretty boring imo.

IMO nothing beats a 55" 4K OLED for graphics fidelity and feeling like you are inside a life-size cockpit!

Sorry, but once you try it in VR I think you'll change your mind ;)

I personally feel like I can't fly in DCS on a screen any more. Feels debilitating...

I'll give you the fidelity point though. Not quite where it needs to be but doesn't seem to matter to these real f18 pilots when comparing it to the screen experience and I'd agree.

I have a Vive Pro. I'd agree; once VR headset resolution increases considerably. Right now the resolution is far too low for flight sims.
