Yes, to clarify.

Download the game on normal connection, then CLOSE steam.
Activate VPN
Log in to steam again and unlock it, I made sure it ran.
Go to offline mode.
Turn off VPN for normal internets!

Yeah, pretty much.

• Pre-load game.
• Exit Steam.
• Activate VPN.
• Restart Steam.
• Click Play.
• Steam said it needed defragging so I let it do that.
• Click configure DEHR rather than play DEHR.
• The installation will then be completed and it will do the first time setup ********.
• Once the settings menu appeared I pressed cancel.
• Restarted Steam in offline mode.
• Deactivated VPN.
• Sorted the settings out.
• Started the game.

my steam wont start when i have the vpn activated, it says my pc is not connected to the internet! that was usin freevpn.co

While connected to the VPN open a browser and open a page, google for example, the page itself will not load but you will get a black screen with freevpn.co hyperlink on it, click the hyperlink and you will get a message on the browser window saying it's connected.

Then try to connect to Steam.

You can but it still comes out with the same outcome the boss riddled with bullets

Not sure if you can mate. You can throw the barrels at him, but you need to be careful if he isn't shocked.

But as far as I know, bosses don't count towards the pacifist achievement, so you should be ok

MLAA is what you want if you're using DX11. Highest one there is.
