No, who has a week 44, you just popped out with week 44 - whats this goto do with ?

I thought paulbaker had. Looking at the numbers he posted again he's either changed them (I note the edit) or I misread them.. as he actually has a week 41!

Could have been worse with the CPU Paul, its ok.
I did have x850XT (none PE) with a good 3200 , but in a moment of crazyness sold them and now got a 6600GT and a struggling 3000 (CBBID).
(ricco)
Are you struggling cause of CPU, (3000 (CBBID), or with the 6600gt, or both, what made you do that anyway?
(fini)
My CPU was made in malaysia, and yes I did do an edit but I pasted the numbers and they are as they where pre edit!

I was hell bent on buying a Dothan setup , but i chenged my mind last minuit due to the board support was on the verge of a big change, so then regreted selling my 3200 and 850 but loath to pay out again for them.

Anyway a strange turn of events it looks like im getting my big boys back :)

I think I have one of the best CHHIB chips about , 2.65 on water for 24/7 and at a push can manage 2.7

Break 10K with a 6600GT without any mods
http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=3729936

Fastest I managed with the 850XT was 14849 with 600/600.

How have you all flashed your bios, did you use the Diamond Flash image?
Can I run the Diamond Flash Image program and then put what ever bios I want on to the floppy?

Cheers
Dan

Worried my cpu I Purchased yesterday was'nt seeled in pakage' just in a small box, would also appreciate more detailed advice for installing the CPU as Artic cooling and DFI have different opinions, here they are as pasted off there PDF's
DFI m/board instructions:
Do not spread the paste all over the surface. When you later
place the heat sink on top of the CPU, the compound will
disperse evenly.
Artic cooler instructions:
Afterwards a thin film of the provided paste should be applied evenly over the GPU.

"On an Intel P4 or Athlon64 type CPU with a large metal heat spreader, put a small amount of Arctic Silver onto the center of the heat spreader as shown in the photo.
Only a small amount of Arctic Silver is needed

P4- About the size of an uncooked grain of short-grain white rice or 2/3 of a BB.

Athlon64- About the size of one and a half uncooked grains of short-grain white rice or 3/4 of a BB."

From http://www.arcticsilver.com/arctic_silver_instructions.htm

Just put a small blob of paste on the center of the CPU surface, put the cooler on and wiggle it around.

As for the CPU if your bought OEM instead of retail it won't come sealed in a box, you get it just as you described.

Paul, what paste do you have.

Also did you buy a retail box CPU or OEM ?
It's OEM as I bought an AC freezer 64, it has it's own tube of paste called MX-1, Also noted in D/Led manual it says it's supplied with " One thermal paste", whichever make the board comes with, which gives a further ? to who has the board, which Paste's the best?
roakes
Thanks for the link

AS5 , although I(pls note I as in my opinion) think As3 is better to work with to get consistant results.
The <1°c difference is not that important to me, but consistant results are.

Is this board ever gonna be in stock! anyone got a definate date for it's arrival, an should I order now whilst not in stock or wait till it's green (in Stock) on site, i've read a few things saying it's a pain when you back order, why is this? Is it possible that it's been in and gone out to people who've back orderd it?
Thank's in advance
