Official DFI NF4Ultra-D/SLi owners thread.

NP, I am updating the first post as we go along, I know these very long threads can often get good information lost in them along the way.

Hopefuly I will manage to collate and condense useful info.

Should the HT be at 1000mhz not 800? My Multi on here is at 4, should it be 5?

Concorde

Should be at 5. Apparently the HT will work at 1250:cool:
Probably best to leave it at auto then it will scale when you o/c;)

lol, reading the xtremesystems forums at the moment and I have to say that i'm starting to get blooming scared abuot the prospect of tearing my hair out when my system (see below) arrives.

Is there anyone NOT having problems with this board??? :(

In all fairness the only problems we've been seeing on here are ram problems which are very easily solved. Have you taken a look at the Asus one ;) I think you made the right choice in getting this board my friend :)

Don't worry- there are several people on this forum who've got the boards running fine (me included ;) ) who will be happy to help out if you have a problem :)

I must admit, i also had a boto problem at first, but as I said I found that booting with 1 stick of mem solved this, then flash BIOS as instructed.
This maybe due to the shipping BIOS not setting Vdimm correctly, but if you follow the instructions you will be fine.

Other then that, not any other niggles so far shown up for me :)

Keep up the good work, ricco. I'm thinking of purchasing a DFI NF4 so i'm watching this thread with interest. Thanks again :)
