Official die hard 5 Thread

Both Son and Daughter were very young in the First film!!... They were interviewed by the sleazy Reporter bloke that John's wife tazered on the plane in the second film!! :D
 
The first one was awesome, all the rest have been naff. They really didn't need another to force the point home. Willis must be struggling. What next another lethal weapon?

I don't see why they have to have the kid tagging along in these films now. The first three did fine without it. It's supposed to be him against the world, (SLJ doesn't count) not him and some whiny teenager.
 
I thought it would be a lot worse!

It doesn't look too bad if I'm totally honest. I agree that it's better when he's up against the world, rather than someone tagging along with him.

I didn't particularly like the 4th one very much, so any improvements over that one in my opinion would be welcome. That reminds me, I soo need to get the blu-rays of these films. This Christmas is the perfect opportunity - nothing like watching Die Hard at Christmas!:cool:
 
4 wasn't a Die Hard film.

They need to be at least a 15 certificate with violence and language to suit the character of John McClane.

I'm going into this one with the same approach as whatever the hell that last one was, that it's going to be a run of the mill modern day action film.
