I'm not sure that I would say that it being delayed on consoles necessarily equals the game tanking hard. I dont know the ins and outs of the delays, could be technical reasons, could be distributor reasons, could be server reasons, could be anything really. There arent very many MMOs which have been cross platform so could well be that there are technical reasons why so few developers have opted to attempt it.
Now there might be legitimate, accurate reasons for why some would say it tanked hard, then again there might not, but I dont think that consoledelay = game tanked is a foolproof categorical statement
