Magicka Templar dunmer or Breton for DPS/ heal and then whatever else you like. I really enjoy my stamina Nightblade and with my mate who plays magicka Templar we can do most 4 man dungeons in normal mode when we don't fancy grouping up or just want bit of a challenge.

Check out Deltia's website/ YouTube for some builds and tips.

If you mean dungeons like spindleclutch/eden hollow etc those are group dungeons, the small public dungeons are delves & are open to anyone passing, & can usually be solo'd with the exception of some bosses u can find in them. I havent played for a bit but I'm guessing this is still the same.

Probably a bit of a daft question but is there a single player mode for dungeons or is that just for storyline quest instances?

Some of the easier group ones with no/ simple boss mechanics can be soloed if you're good at self sustaining.

But as mentioned there are plenty of delves in each zone and one or 2 public dungeons which have a bit more challenging bosses. There are also world bosses in each zone but again you need to be pretty good or high level to solo those.

For a proper solo challenge there's Veteran Maelstorm Arena if you have orsinium DLC. The jump from normal to veteran is massive, I walked through normal but still failed to complete veteran. :(

Like the single player games there are loads of caves, ruins and stuff dotted around the world. Most are solo, some are group ones. Then there are proper group dungeons and "trials" for large parties (raids basically). Difficulty ranges from easy to annoyingly hard and they all scale from level 10.

After the initial purchase for the game, is anything else really required to not miss out on the experience? I only have the standard edition but is there anything in the crown store that would make the experience better? Not counting the separate DLC.

Guessing the only thing that would really be required is a monthly sub? Other than a bigger bag and all DLC, does it provide anything else?

Also can things like mounts / pets be earned in-game?

you can buy mounts and feed them, woth gold at stables but no.
with sub you get market coins to spend on things but nothing is needed.

the game is b2p in its true form. No need to spend a single penny more except foe the dlc which i proper orsinium as the best one to know. Followed by thieves' guild

Sup, I'm on the hunt for a MMO to play again, I tried this but only for a VERY short time (Lv10 I think?). I'm a big TES fan so this appeals to me, last time I played it suffered a horrible memory leak and would force me to restart the game every 20 minutes, is this fixed yet? Also, how is the content with the new expansion? Is it empty?

Also, I hear it can only take 20 minutes to get from one side of the map to the other via horseback? That's not that large... Is this true?

If you are going to get it, get the Gold version as it includes all the additional zones that have been released since the original release. The game world is fairly large, I can't say I've timed it but it's on par with most other MMOs. The new expansion for morrowind isn't out until early June, I'd suggest holding off until then as you'll likely get better deals on combined gold and morrowind expansion, they'll probably also have another free play week I suspect.

I thought only lightning and healing staffs give off a continual beam but today i saw someone using a staff and the beam coming off it was a continual beam but looked like fire any clue what that is please????
