*** Official Fallout 4 - No Spoilers Allowed ***

Out of curiosity those who have a PC that could run fallout 4 why are you getting the console version? If that applies to anyone. I ask because I find myself considering the ps4 version but I'm not sure if that's mainly because the ps4 is my shiny new toy or not.

Honestly I am not sure. My PC *should* be capable of maxing the game at 1080p (i7 4770 / GTX Titan) but at the same time I like kicking back on the sofa when playing this sort of game.

As long as the build is solid on the PS4 (or Xbone I am not fussed) I might get it on the console.

It's not a twitch fps and I pretty much use V.A.T.S (it is vats right?) all the time. Enjoy kicking back and exploring the waste land myself, will likely spend hours and hours on it so don't want to be sitting at the pc for all of that.

If I don't have my PSN account back by Fallout 4 date I shall simply get an XBONe with it and sell the PS4. Don't mess about when it comes to Fallout.
I should mention I'll only do that if Sony try to make me pay thee £96 that was fraudulent.

I want it on console as I've always preferred using a controller and big TV for Fallout games. I know I could probably do the same with the PC version but I can't be bothered. :p

I've got a few copies on order now, which is ridiculous :D

Normal copy on order from Amazon because there was a £10 promotion off a £50 spend recently, so bought it with something else, technically getting it for £32.00.

The Pip-boy version from GAME, which I received a bonus vault 111 t-shirt from the other day, for £100.00 which looks like it'll be going swiftly on eBay judging by some of the prices they're going for! :)

And then a couple of days ago I noticed another version on Amazon with the soundtrack, which I don't want to lose out on. So I'll probably keep all three on the go, and sell the £32 on the MM at breakeven.

Absolutely can't wait, the only concern I have is that if the game runs better on Xbox One I'll be kicking myself (I don't have a PC capable of playing it on, so that isn't an option).

I've just pre ordered the Amazon exclusive sound track, game and art book. Its only a tenner more so why not :) mega hyped. Just hope I can finish witcher before this drops!

Console for the first playthrough, then I'll grab it in a Steam sale for pennies and mod it.

I'm less fussed on the modding as time goes on. Sure there will be some nice visual mods come out. No doubt about that. However I feel with the player character being voiced then any mod quests are going to be obviously different since they won't be able to do that.

Also by the time the goty is cheap on steam it should be able to run well. Maybe I'm just getting bitter that it seems like anytime theres s new release I want it never seems to work right and if I pick it up on console they seem to generally work better right off although not always obviously.
