If you do, make sure you open steam in offline mode once you disconnect from the VPN otherwise it'll go back to "PRE-LOAD" rather than "PLAY".
because 4 points in intelligence is too low

I did find a proper bug though actually.
I have 2560x1080 and there is no resolution option for that. If I untick Windowed mode then the dropdown box with the resolutions goes blank/empty and I cannot pick any resolution. If I start the game without Windowed Mode then it goes to 800x600.
I cannot go 1920x1080 Windowed and then use ALT Enter as it doesn't do anything.
Ultimately - I cannot play in Full screen at any other res than 800x600.

Its not a bug, It does not support widescreen natively. A small tweak in the files works. You need to run the game once. Then find the following file: Fallout4Prefs.ini in
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\my games\Fallout4\Fallout4Prefs.ini
Find the following 4 lines and set up like so:
bBorderless=1
bFull Screen=1
iSize H=1080
iSize W=2560

Motion blur off or on ? What you all picking ?
You would think in this day and age, with budgets running into the millions and millions. They would iron out such simple and obvious bugs in these large titles. But no... Absolute joke.

There is a fix for this on a previous page (just change the settings in the fallout preferences INI file.
Motion blur was only introduced to hide choppy framerate on consoles. Turn it off.
