**** Official Fallout 4 Thread ****

Scrapper rank 1 gives you copper from scrapping modified weapons, such as modified pipe rifles and pipe pistols you find as you wandering around. As to a factory location, well incase you don't want to know it I make a spoiler for it.
Watt's Consumer Electronics has quiet a bit of junk that contains Copper, maybe not a boatload though. :p
I also found that using the "tracking" system helps me a lot getting resources that is in short supply, actually have over 100 adhesive right now, and I have not made a single Vegetable Starch yet. not figured out how to track an item if having any already, part from removing them from workbench and putting them into a container or follower. Hopefully there be a mod that lets you use track function even if you have a few in the workbench.

Yeah I have both the scrapper perks so things I've marked for search light up. It's more annoying than anything as I usually forget to unmark things. I'll head to that location, cheers!

Can't remember from top of my head but you can do it when you're in your inventory Junk tab. Think if you press C it gives you options.

Ahh right you are. Just checked and if in the Pitboy, clicking C it shows the Component view then Q for tagging the Component one wanting. Thanks, much appreciated !! :D

I'm always short of wood, which is irritating since the world is full of wood I can't use. Why couldn't I just have my settlers cut down a few trees and bushes? The odd 1 or 2 units of wood from loot only gives me dozens and I need thousands. Even scrapping everything in a new settlement doesn't give me enough to build what I want, even when I use steel (which I'm not very short of, since I get quite a lot from looting).

I'm tempted to cheat some wood, but that would reduce my enjoyment too.

Something I've wondered as well. Would be interesting to pick-pocket as many as possible, then wipe them out to see what they've actually got.

For some reason even when they're all dead it classes taking their stuff as steeling, so don't take any companions that might be offended.

Guessing that's a bug.

Reached the point I just dont care about anything so turning evil, going to pretty much murder everyone except shopkeepers I need to sell to. :p

Went to the museum of witchcraft last night. Was expecting some a lot scarier. The creature encounter was tough but a little underwhelming.

Just got given Reba II was nice :D

I went there at around Level 12 or something like that. It didn't end well for Me :(

I am now at level 45 so I might go back for revenge

It seems there been a small change in as to what one have to do when modding the game now. According to this posting at Nexus: ArchiveInvalidation by InsanePlumber one no longer need to have the following, and posted in Spoiler so not to take up to much space:
ArchiveInvalidation

There is no need to add:

, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\, VIDEO\

to:

[Archive]
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\

Instead of the above changes,

Edit Fallout4.ini

...\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini

In Section

[Archive]

Create new variable

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

Variable "sResourceDataDirsFinal" It must be set to:

sResourceDataDirsFinal=

This allows you to place anything as "Loose Files" in ...Data\
Now all SWF files work without a problem, even font swapping is not a problem now.
Meshes, Tekstures, Strings, etc...
And most importantly loading time decreases drastically compared to the "old" method.
If you are using a large amount of "Loose Files".
Gopher has also been trying this out, can be shown here: FALLOUT 4: Enabling Modding for PC (UPDATED)

If you using the Fallout4 Config Tool there will already be some code in the Fallout4Custom.ini file, incase you wondering.

If everyone already aware of this then you could awlays confirm it working 110% ! :p

If only there was a modding thread for those that can't play it without cheating ;)

True, there is one actually but I thought I post the above in both, just to make sure it reaches everyone that might be interested, maybe not everyone read the mod thread but done some personally modifications to their game anyway ? :p
