Why would they not make a new Elder Scrolls game just because the seperate online game is doing rubbish? Skyrim sold 30 million+ copies...
Fallout and ES single player games will always do well so no idea why they'd not develop one because their MMO spin-off was poor.

Why would anyone want another single player fallout after the total chore that was fallout 4?
There's better games if you want to build stuff tho.
I think it's really important to reiterate this: Anyone who spends the next two weeks expecting Fallout: 76 to be a new traditional single-player RPG will be VERY disappointed.
Well, I'll keep posting regardless.
