TES 6 will likely come before fallout v and they have already said the game engine tech isnt where they want it to be. I have a strong suspicion Rage 2 is the testbed for the tech they want to use in TES. Suspect both TES and Fallout 5 are at least 5 years away.

I really hope it has drop in, drop out online co-op.

The game has sniper's rifles & shotguns - these are situational weapons - having co-op means one person can provide fire support, and the other can do the detail work.

Particularly when you specialise with those weapons on levelups.

There not working on elder Scrolls just the mmo, there in it for the money and that's where it is some have said unfortunately. Doubt I'll ever see a new Scrolls game sp wise anyhow now due to their mmo. When fallout goes the same way and it will, we won't be seeing Bethesda as a force for sp games anymore.

They just bring in too much money Vs old single player games regardless if the Devs want to do them still.

Hope I'm wrong but it's the way things are I think now. As personally I don't like grind games like MMOs Vs the more fun leveling up in single player games.

You guys are talking like the scrolls mmo is the new wow. They are making some chump change out of it, that's it. It's not popular at all, quite mediocre and does not even need a subscription. More people are still playing Skyrim on steam than the mmo. Relax they will make a new scrolls sp game when they want to.

To be honest it is not a bad game, yes it wasn't great on release though it was still enjoyable. I haven't played for few months and apparently it got even better since. Also I wouldn't read much into Steam stats as most people would have bought it directly and not through steam. Only one of my mates I play it with has it on Steam.

I agree that they will make another sp game.

Hope it's not forced Co-Op - But that leak does make me feel a little better about the prospect of Fallout 76...

The mod thing is going to be a ****-show as always - There's no way people are going to be cool with them locking downs mods like that.

Co-op I can handle, even the base building bit I can forgive IF there is the option to focus on RPG elements. What I can't get right with is any more dumbing down of the lore or key RPG elements like we saw in FO4. At this point I think they would do well to keep the numbered releases to the mainstream, then farm out New Vegas style traditional Fallout RPG games to Obsidian.

Looking at content mods have restored, and seemingly detailed areas in the map, which have nothing happening,I get the impression FO4 was released unfinished. Its a shame, since looking at what modders have done with limited resources in a short time(Tales from the Commonwealth being an example),a few months extra effort probably would have helped a lot IMHO.
