Another thing I hope they improve in FIFA11 but I'm sure many will disagree is player's injuries in Manager Mode.
Instead of players always being out for 1 week regardless of injury, they should make it more realistic and have injury periods that goes with the injury. Obviously if players keep getting injured for 6 months+ periods then it'll be rubbish but some variation wouldn't hurt.

I still don't know if there will be an online season mode will I be able to play in a never ending league like in wc2010 ?

Tesco weren't, as I bought 3. It's a store specific thing, there is no bulk buy policy anymore, which used to be 10 of the same items.

And it's likely they will be doing £25 again, have done for past 2 years anyway. And for those who prefer to buy it online rather than go outside, buy it off of tesco.com . Last year it was £35 on net, but they refunded everyone £10 due to the £25 store offer.

Are you allowed to reserve a copy as I am working that night on my own so I wont be able to get to the supermarket :(
 
Nope can't reserve, as it's a new release, and we don't reserve without good reason anyway.

Only way to do it is to pre order in store, which a new system in stores, and you can collect it when you can, you just pay for it up front.

But if you preorder you have to pay the full price? So there is no point is there.
 
Actually I'm not sure if you only pay a deposit for like £5, then pay the outstanding.

I can clarify this tomorrow though. Like I said, it's a new thing to my store, and I don't tend to wander over that side very often to pay that much notice :P But as I said, they refunded the people who paid extra over tesco.com so I'd imagine they'd offer the same incentive to in store pre order, otherwise as you quite rightly said, whats the point.

Thanks I would appreciate an update on this situation. Happily preorder if I could pick it up for £25 :)

I am also on my own for 24 hours at work for the next two days after release. Could get a few seasons of practice in ;)

Just trying to convince my mate now on the phone who is tinkering with the idea of getting it but hasnt yet played the demo.

Whats the official release date? 1st October? So midnight on 30th?
 
00:01 is when it will go on sale next week.

And tbh I'm still not impressed with the demo, not as blown away as I was with the 10 demo. Still an instant buy though, think it's more the time limit letting it down, just get into it and it's over.

The beginner level is a good trick to get a little bti longer though. 4 min halves is a little bit better.

Have you tried using the driven pass? Hold RB/R1 while you press lofted pass button (B/Circle). The ball travels close to the ground and with a fair bit of pace. I started using these last night and they are an excellent way of passing over 20 yards. You also don't need to charge them as long as you would over the same distance with normal pass.
