Well no because I was credited with losses last year when the other player disconnected, it seems to be totally random :/

not sure mate, i just stuck my disc in and cliked autorun and off it went then when it done that it started downloading the patch. you not got another dvd drive to try?

Erm, actually, that was a lie :(

Just realised that last night, I alt-tabbed out to do something else then just ended the process.

Went to shutdown correctly this afternoon and I have the same issue as yourself :)

Ditto but its my fault for saving 86p by going with rainforest over hopto.netS. First time rainforest has let me down but they may find I cancel my existing pre-orders of 2 x Skyrim, 1 x Diablo 3 etc. as I don't find it acceptable from a moral standpoint - I should get a game the day it is released without having to pay extra for next day delivery.
 
hows everyone finding the pc version any issues with lag because of people with slower pc's or people running at too high details for their pc's ?

Perfect for me bar one game where the guy just had an awful latency and i played anyways stupidly.

God i love having this on PC now.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE GAME BUT HAVE THE DISC ALREADY THEN FOLLOW THIS:
(please note you will need to update via download though)

If you insert disc allow origin to authorise it and get it to the ready for download stage.

You can then disconnect your internet and it will install from disc, despite saying downloading.

I get crap speeds for download (BF3 beta took hours :/ ) so these speeds can only be coming from the disc.

Seems it doesn't matter if the football is real or not........I'll still swear my head off at player mistakes. I've sworn at my monitor more this evening than i have in the past weeks worth of bf3 or css playing i've done :p

The defending is so much harder than previous fifas
 
Anybody played as arsenal yet? I was play it on my brothers PS3 and for some reason the commentator was calling gervinho by a different name?
 
If you use your virtual pro in your career mode team, does it replace one of of the players from the real team?

As i'm playing as leeds (yea, i have trouble defending, so i pick the worst defensive team in the championship :D) but my virtual pro appears to have replaced luciano becchio which i'm not too happy about :(
