Official FIFA 22 Thread

enjoying this years still. Start with 4321 and switch to 352. This is my team in 352 : https://www.futbin.com/22/squad/2388992
Without possesion alex telles drops back to form a 4 at the back.
I've tried out some interesting players recently, used mostovoi who was ok but not worth the coins Tries OGS and was really disapointed. Tried morientes who was good but again not worth the coins over benzema or isak.

Favourite players in my team are ofc Dembele. Casemero is brilliant and for some reason doesn't feel slow. Bernardo Silva scores loads up top with brilliant finishing and dribbling.

Seems like certain teams you play like it feels like treacle and the other team seems to be zipping around....... you get the ball and it takes an age for the player to take it under control whilst there players are zipping around and easily take it off you.

Makes it almost impossible to play against......

This is why I quit after Fifa 18 - guess nowts changed...... Reading the Pitch Notes i thought they might have fixed this but guess not.....

I noticed this too - but they dont seem to be using any kind of HIGH PRESS as they arent just chasing players... Its like from the kick off literally every player has someone next to them and there is NO passing options.

The weird thing is on high press its like they turn in super speed zombies.
 
I can’t believe how cheap players are this year so early on. I haven’t played for a couple of weeks due general boredom with it and last night major overhauled my team for 200k.
 
Di Natale is down around 200k from when I used him, tempted to pick him back up as his finishing and movement are exceptional and he does well in bad gameplay with his body type and dribbling.

Anyone looking at Hakimi, just get IF Atal, his only downside is stamina but he's 5 times cheaper. I got him from the TOTW pack and gave him a go and there's next to no difference.

Despite what I said, 352 is the only formation that allows me to play the football I want, despite it being easily exploited. I'm going to win more with that than any of the 4atb formations. All the players I originally spent a lot on are worth peanuts now, Son went down around 70k in a day!

What would everyone's preferred 3 at the back be? I still find playing a VVD a nightmare.

Probably something like Marquinos kimpembe and varane or something along them lines
 
Anyone won a single game in friendlies by more than 1 goal? Trying to do the Antonio objective and I've been forfeited on 7 times after going 1-0 today. Why do EA go to such great lengths to make the game so toxic?
 
hi guys last week finally managed to save a lot of coins up to get some players that i could never afford since playing fifa for 5 years, now players that i have (son,vvd,de jong and dembele) have massively gone down, i always thought that those players, i could play with them for acouple of weeks and resell and maybe make a tidy profit.

so my question is will these current prices stay the same now or go back up to roughly to where they were originally ?

Yep, this was EA's brilliant answer to the golden goal lol. They are so out of touch with the community it's laughable.

Their gold cards are only going in one direction, sorry. I know the feeling, bought Kante and he'd dropped 100k 24 hours later...
 
Hardly any players hold value. You play, you upgrade, you take a hit on the old players or put them in SBCs. The content is thick and fast these days so everything but top end becomes obsolete quick. It's becoming too much for me but everyone moans like hell if there is a whole week without new content.

Personally I would like a FUT RTG mode that doesn't have pay to win, you could only play for rewards or something....

Finally found someone who didn't quit. He scored a finesse and rubber banded, I've scored a finesse and two more goals and now I've rubber banded. 70 minutes left to play and our players are just spinning around in circles. What a utterly pointless mode :o

I always liked the people that quit after 1 goal, made it much quicker to do objectives (mostly).
