Not sure on coins but honest VVD is the one, I’ve tried loads and he’s just outstanding.

I’m almost in div 2 and let’s just say it’s not a nice experience.

If I’m on and anyone wants any friendlies let me know

I have Benzema up top with poverty Haaland (Sørloth) - who in fairness is very effective.

Fiddling around with tactics but it all seems a bit random (as usual). Using 41212 narrow but not sure it's great this year.

Mostly untradeable:

Sørloth - Benzema
Danjuma(SBC)
Kroos - Kessie
Tchouameni
Acuna-Kimpembe-Kounde-Hakimi
Navas

As usual, I try and win the ball back and counter attack as fast and direct as possible, can't seem to play any other way.
 
Yeah I haven’t settled on a formation yet. I’m in Div 3 now and was finding 4231 narrow didn’t create enough going forward. Now flipping between 41212 narrow and 4222.
 
Sick of getting destroyed by Haaland, he's just so damn expensive, I know if I bought him he will be down 100k in a matter of days!
 
Just got lucky with an untradeable reward pack from the objectives, pulled RTTK Foden :). Not the absolute best card but it's already had a decent upgrade and he'll get one more, I like nimble dribbles so going to try and fit him in somehow. I also got 86 Leao from FUT champ reds, which I had completely ignored as "trash" before as I didn't require a player in that position. However, given Bennacer was a cheap SBC (and I had untradeable fodder to use) I decided to unlock him, as may help linking Leao (I know many people find him decent after looking into it). I quite like making teams from rewards players, so will mess around trying to fit people in. May mean I can sell some players too, allowing me to sign one marque signing, not sure who though.

Back to normal pack luck for div rival rewards :p highest card was an 84. I find it odd that squad battles rewards coins and tradeable packs but in div rivals you don’t get a monetary reward if you choose tradeable, odd.
 
Sold Haaland got RTTK Auba and Forlan in, Haaland is a monster in the higher divisions but you soon get found out spamming through balls, the bloke can’t turn or pass!

Also noticed everyone in div 2 use CR7

Yeah, his passing is very suspect it must be said. I’ve just picked up CR7 with prices dropping slightly. Currently I’m playing both in the same team but may eventually drop one, allowing me to bring in another accurate passer in the midfield etc.

Have you used CR7? Still don't know what to do :D
 
I'm definitely getting carried by my team haha this might be the worst I've ever been at Fifa :p! Can't string stuff together in attack, defending I'm solid though. When trying to build play going forwards I misplace at least half of my passes and I struggle to see the correct runs etc from my players. I used to be really good at close dribbling but I'm pretty clumsy now and definitely rusty on the skill moves. **** knows how I ended up in Div 3, people most love playing me. :p
