I got a spanish RB which worked ok considering I'd made a cheap La Liga team, not sure what to do now....

I opened the 4600 and got Trent as the best player, everyone else discards just about.

I played a rivals game, was tough considering I haven't played the game before, actually enjoying the default camera angle

I can barely do anything in the menus. Everything takes ages to load up.

And when I restart the game it tells me there’s and error connecting to UT. Tried starting a draft can’t even select the players the delay is that bad. Was looking forward to some early access to

Gameplay is going to take some getting used to, seems a lot of it has just been copy pasted mind inc a lot of last years flaws. I’ve managed to buy a decent team for now hopefully they all rise when supply drops off

Yeah, I played a few games of Rivals last night, it's OK but always changes after a few patches.

Lots of potentially annoying things already though.

Hate the game, it’s slow, clunky and unresponsive. Sometimes just refuses to pass the ball. Can’t see me getting on with this at all.

Same every year, no idea what to do with my coins, build a good team and hope I don't lose too many coins when selling or just build a mega cheap team, hold the coins and wait for the market to come down.

Small window to buy on Friday evening. If not then wait until Monday, that's what the Flair streamer reckons. Seems to be on the money most years.

As in the market will dip on Monday so sell whatever you have that is worth something before then? I got Rudiger in the preview pack, Trent won't sell!

According to him, market will dip on Friday when most people get the game. If you miss that then apparently Monday is the next best time.

He's usually correct but at the end of the day its an educated guess.

On the gameplay, passing does seem a bit wayward

Jesus, tried the trial and came up against a team with Lucio, Cafu, Pirlo, Del Piero, Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar second match. Third match up against Mbappe, Ronaldinho, Son and Kane. I miss the days of being able to put together a silver team and just doing silver tournaments to avoid the ridiculous teams. Can't see myself buying this year's. I did last year and it was very much not worth it for me
