And some others..

Roberto Tolic. Nearly 5 stars and I've already played him in the first team. He will become legendary like my main striker.

Will Hudson, English central defender. A quality youth and look at his work rate and determination.

Joel - my Spanish dude who hopefully will become my primary right winger in due course. He seems to flutter between 4 and 4.5 stars.

Okay that's cool! So that's your primary stiker taken care of?

Haha, not quite, my top keeper, Jak Alnwick, was wanted by some clubs and he wanted to move onto a bigger club himself, so I needed a new keeper anyway, otherwise David Cornell would have been number 1 for me

EDIT: Signed a 23 year old striker for £300K on £3.3K a week wages, decent stats, decent graph, only thing, he has played 36 games, scored 11 goals...signed him from A.C.Milan reserves...goes by the name, Gianmario Comi

The generous Man Utd board are now giving me aroun d £300m transfer kitty per season now. I have been a good boy with transfers so far though.

Just bought Samuel Umtiti. Looks a solid central defender who I can also use as cover for Buttner and Haidara.

I also found it strange that Neymar is still at Santos even though I'm in season 2019/2020. Tried to sign him once but his agent wanted something stupid like £6m. Screw that. :)

*I* would be an inch taller if I'd had that sort of pay rise :p

EDIT: Just got back into FM, and have finally managed to get Bala Town to be a) Professional, and b) a Europa League Group Stages team.

It's taken me a few seasons longer than I expected, though this was down to a gripe of mine that I'd like to see addressed in future versions:

Me: Hey, Board! Because of my genius, we've got £2M in the kitty. Can we finally turn Pro to attract decent players?
Board: We're financially secure, so we don't see why not... but we'll make our decision at the end of the season.
Me: Fantastic! Is there any chance of upgrading the training facilities while we're at it?
Board: Aye, sure. We'll confirm this in your inbox.

Message from Board: Congratulations! Training facilities to be upgraded, for a cost of £2M. It'll take 18 months, and we'll take that out of the kitty just before we look at whether turning Pro is financially viable. Hint: it won't be, 'cos we'll have spent all the Pro money on this upgrade.

Me: FFS! Why not tell me that upgrading would cost £2M during our conversation, so I could say "actually, no, let's wait til we turn Pro" . Grrr.

haha I know - extreme wage hike, but it's still a drop in the ocean compared to my greedy players. £255k per week

I hate that about the boards - some are better than others obviously but that is pretty ridiculous isn't it. Can you go back to an older save? It's that sort of thing that will kill the season for you.

Nah, it happened about 3 or 4 seasons ago, and I'm one of those that accepts things like that as adding a little more challenging - if unwanted - spice. It's just taken me longer to get a little Welsh club to this stage than it did in previous FM versions, so I'm blaming this :D

One thing I've noticed is that despite now having a glowing Continental manager reputation, I've not had a single job offer from any other club. I'd turn it down - "my work here is unfinished!" - but y'know, it'd be nice to be asked :D

I still can't decide weather to jump for this and give it a go. Looking at some of the screenshots below and they look like massive spreadsheets! :p I just want something that is going to hold my attention for a while.
