I cracked and got it. test drive on man u. The training workload of the coaches has went from light in fm 2014 to heavy (for all @ man u) in 2015, so all my players (despite the fact i got in as many coaches + under 21 coaches as possible) are complaining about bit-part training.

You need 3 or 4 coaches in each area now. I am Man Utd and have my coaches workloading all down to average.

Basically hire as many first team coaches as you can, and make sure you can get as good a quality as you can. Then you have yourself and your assistant. Then supplement these by using your U21's coaches and spread them out.

This is how I have mine:

I am gutted, made a great star in league 1 as Port Vale, signed some good prem league youth and was sitting top six 9 games in. Then my main keeper gets a 3 month injury, he wasn't amazing but had been performing well. My second keeper just seems to let so much more in and I'm just trying to out score opponents.

Make sure to match your coaching styles too, I take the same play style over stats every time

I'm going a Conference South game and I'm wondering, is there a way to search for players who would ask for zero wages? As far as I can see there aren't any since if you search for zero wage players you still get ones which do want wages. Is there a filter I'm missing or is it not possible to search for this?

But I just installed the Beta, cracked open a beer and have 2 days off to start on it!

I already love it just for behaving like an OS X app this time and I am pretty sure I am going to take St Albans to the prem.

Yeah, Tassotti is the best assistant manager as far as I am concerned. I always leave the pre-game team talk to him and let him set the opposition instructions, and he always seems to do well.

Tell you what I do like about this version compared to others is the emphasis that the really top players put on playing in the Champions League. In previous versions it would generally be your club reputation, league reputation and the money you have that would entice a player to come to you. In this though, although top players still want all that, they also want Champions League football. Just about all the defenders I bid for at the start of the season told me that they wouldn't sign for a club that wasn't in the Champions League.

I am really liking it, there are bugs, and goalkeepers generally seem to be horrendous at the moment (consistently bad for both human and AI though), it could be one of the best FM/CM's yet.

I hate the first season as there's very little randomness to it, so I took over at Cambridge United at the end fo the first season. My summer recruitment has been strong so I was confident of taking L2 by storm... conceded 9 in my first two games!

Anyone know of a way to search for players without agents? Agent fees are giving me a hammering - since when would a player moving to a L2 club ever require an agent's fee of £20k?!

haha.. I feel your pain. But to be honest, it's a cracking release isn't it. I'm playing as Ayr, in Scottish League 1. I think I might get them promoted in my second season. I'm not going to play any other team until the full release.

Yeah it's quite simple. Go to scouting, and in there you have a list of players that your scouts can currently see. Ive got 612 at the moment, but then I'm playing as a semi-pro team in Scotland with local scouting. There are menus in the top half of the screen that let you search free agents and players in various positions.
