Back on topic really enjoying the pirelli tyres feels such a relief to get a new set on when you feel your current ones falling off the cliff

I was just wondering that. Then I realized there is a way round that. I reckon the alternative method is still frowned upon, although technically not illegal.
That was my first thought, real poor graphically for a 2011 PC release.
By far the best feature in the gameI'm so happy this is an option this year.

Really? I think they look cheap.
Minimum FPS with my rig is 43. Shouldn't a 2011 game tax a 2 year old graphics card a little harder?
Everything on max/ultra, DX11 and 1920*1080.

the graphics are awesome, also the handling feels better. I also like how the tyres change colour when driving on the grass.
the split screen is a great idea. more games need this feature...

The graphics are poor, f1 2010 looked better, the colours are better in f1 2011, but not as good as f1 2010 with colour mods applied.
Frame rates suggest less detail as well, i avg 50 on max settings with f1 2010, in f1 2011 i get 70 @ 1920x1200

It's been mentioned before, but the difference between Professional and Legendary AI difficulty is ridiculous. I don't think Legendary is too hard per say, as I can see myself getting good enough over time to get consistently faster laps than the AI; but Professional is easier than it should be.
At the moment, I can quite convincingly beat Professional; but on Legendary, I have to really push and defend just to finish in the position I started in.

The option is for the ghost car in time trials, not for turning other cars into ghosts during a grand prix lol. If you played time trial last year you would have seen just about everyone in the thread cursing the ghost for ruining their lap

well i get around 58fps + little drops in f1 2010 @ max settings CF disabled, and around 60fps + little drops in f1 2011 @ max settings CF disabled
so i get around the fps as f1 2010
f1 2011 could be better coded hence why your seeing better fps

You can press alt+enter to make it fullscreen, not sure how to make it start fullscreen automatically.
