***Official GCSE Results Thread***

I'm only getting about 4 results so I'm not to fussed about it! GCSE's are pretty useless imo, i also think they're way too easy. I've already done 3 modules in Biology, Chemistry and physics and got an A/A*/A respectively. The teachers were trying to get us to start revising 2 months before the exam, me and most of my friends just skimmed through a text book the night before, you'll most probably fail if you tried that with A-Levels.

... I knew you were trying to say Woo Im only in year 10 and doing GCSEs everybody look at me but I thought I may as well take the p whilst I have the chance.

Hope everyone did fine :)

It was only yesterday everyone started to get ready (nervous etc)... I'm like /sigh. Why be nervous about finding out results..

I think only 3 or 4 medical schools want an A in English Language.

Sucks though because I got a B, but in eng lit i got an A, I mean wtf:confused:
 
Lol, got double what i needed for college... everything without revision. :)
Got a D on RE though lol but what i wrote for that was hilarious and History - i just got incredibly fed up with it
 
I remember GCSEs :D. Got 11.5 of them, all A*-C.


The half was not me being thick. Was because we had to do a short course of Philosophy & Ethics. Complete waste of time.
 
They GCSEs. If you can read this, you can use a computer. If you can use a computer, you've passed your GCSEs.

Still, hope you all do good.
 
GCSE results have improved for the 23rd year in a row, with 70% of results a C or higher. Well done everyone, the improvement year on year is amazing!
 
I am so unbelievably angry right now. Just ridiculous

9A*s and 4A's

WTF :mad:

I just wanted double figures. Those grades are good. But NOT what I was expecting. I didn't get A*s in English, English lit, German , and Physics.

I'm VERY surprised about German and Physics. English is to be expected.

It's another record breaking year, yet I sink below expectations :(

Those are excellent grades! You should be very pleased with yourself, well done :)
