***Official Gigabyte Z77X-UP4 TH, Z77X-UP5 TH and Z77X-UP7 discussion thread***

Thanks for posting the beta bios GIGA-Man, this one doesn't hault when posting now like the F12 one did for me, and mouse works now all over the screen. before it would only go from side to side in the middle of the screen.

Cheers.

My mouse is unusable Corsair M60.

Please try the new BIOS (F12a) above as that has cured my erratic mouse pointer movement.

I cant get to the flash he 2nd bios (I have read it can be to do with usb keyboards Logitech G510 in my case that you cant Alt F12.)

It certainly is ALT+F10, just done it myself,

Hey Stu, ya fancy helping me OC this of mine, read that tweaktown link but can't make nor tail of it tbh. Done a slight OC by just upping the multi to 44 and vcore to 1.23, ran intelburntest 20 runs and it's stable. But that's as far as I know, that memory OC'ing I have no clue about.

Worked at last.

Can someone help with another small problem.

Im at stock, and all the bios that I have tried. Sometimes it does not boot into windows, it loops the bios a couple of time. And the odd time I get a box pop up with enter bios, last good boot (think that is it) and another couple to choose.

could be memory/cold boot issue if it loops at startup,it finds a stable setting and then boots correctly

might need to add a click of cpu/vtt or dram voltage

Even tho everything is on auto.

Loaded optimized settings (just disabled the sound really)

look in the bios or in easytune and see how much voltage is being used for dram and cpu/vtt,look at the target voltages, its best to setup memory and qpi/vtt manually rather than auto

anywhere between 1.05-1.08v qpi/vtt(might need more, max safe is 1.2v) but you wont need that much

dram can be anywhere between 1.5v-1.6v
