Razer Deathadder 1800, had it for ages. I never used the mouse in the BIOS but it's lame that it doesn't work.
Try the betaBIOS? can't hurt to try

I got F9 on mine at the moment, just going to shove F11 on it now. (...)
Updated the BIOS.

The mouse cursor is still a bit screwy in the BIOS as it was with the BetaBIOS I had before.
Please try with F12a bios for Z77X-UP5 TH:

My mouse is unusable Corsair M60.
I cant get to the flash he 2nd bios (I have read it can be to do with usb keyboards Logitech G510 in my case that you cant Alt F12.)
Please try the new BIOS (F12a) above as that has cured my erratic mouse pointer movement.
It certainly is ALT+F10, just done it myself,
Stulid, at what point do you Alt F10.
Hammer the **** out of it as soon as the power button is pressed.
I hold Alt then keep pressing F10, and all I get it edit windows boot option.
Even tho everything is on auto.
Loaded optimized settings (just disabled the sound really)
look in the bios or in easytune and see how much voltage is being used for dram and cpu/vtt,look at the target voltages, its best to setup memory and qpi/vtt manually rather than auto
anywhere between 1.05-1.08v qpi/vtt(might need more, max safe is 1.2v) but you wont need that much
dram can be anywhere between 1.5v-1.6v
