Finally played GTA V after completed downloaded 353 MB update and successful updated after 2nd attempt.

I turned all graphics option to maxed on 1080p with TXAA used 3590MB, it run very smoothly much better on 3770K than it did when GTA IV released ran like 15fps and most areas like slideshow on dual core Athlon 64 X2 4400+ and Geforce 8800 GTX then upgraded to quad core Phenom II X4 940 fixed it.

Anyone else have AF set to 16x and its not working and textures appear blured (check roads) after a few meters from you. Dunno if its cos im using msaa and txaa as i couldnt see this issue before when i just had fxaa on.

Really annoying that the textures are blured like its without AF or well say 4x setting.

Well currently downloaded 8.1 gig of 60gig and coming down at a cool 606kbs.... The R* Downloader is just tosh.

Download issues aside (it downloaded the 349MB patch twice last night but at max speeds), Rockstar have pretty much nailed it.

I can't find the benchmark.. where is it?

Press tab within the graphics window.

Alt and enter not forces it full screen?

Nope doesn't work, shifts the window down the screen.

Only way I can get full screen to work is window borderless

not ideal but its working.

That's using the latest Nvidia GTA V optimised drivers also.

Just did my first heist with a crewmate. Fleece something something it was called.

Had to rob a small bank. It's no Payday 2 but it was kind of enjoyable if lengthy and Lester talks so much that you end up lowering the volume fast. The drilling game is pita and had me confused for a good few minutes.

Had my first crash online earlier with a CTD followed by a windows 'Corrupt game data' dialogue box appearing. It was fine after a restart and could have been due to online servers being hammered.
