Finally played GTA V after completed downloaded 353 MB update and successful updated after 2nd attempt.
I turned all graphics option to maxed on 1080p with TXAA used 3590MB, it run very smoothly much better on 3770K than it did when GTA IV released ran like 15fps and most areas like slideshow on dual core Athlon 64 X2 4400+ and Geforce 8800 GTX then upgraded to quad core Phenom II X4 940 fixed it.
