Decided to screw the custom resolutions and 1440p and go straight to 2160p.
I am now running Vanilla and no Sweetfx - And I think it looks better than the sweetfx I was using.
All settings as high as they can go with the exception ot:
MSAA - off
Grass - Very high instead of Ultra
Reflections - Very high instead of Ultra
All three sliders for population density/variety and distance scaling are now half
Also advanced graphics:
Extended shadows on
High quality shadows on
Getting a solid 60fps.

winboats.I keep changing graphics back to minimum every time sumone is annoying me with a sniper, trying to out snipe sumone with vsync on is very annoying. Still it is nice when i stick the graphics back up. I tend to max the graphics on heist nights since im unlikely to get sniped there
Not bad first attempt but we need to try it again this week. I didn't capture the part where you fell off the building

How'd you chaps get on with the Criminal Mastermind challenge yesterday? Are you guys currently swimming in your millions like Scrooge McDuck?
Didn't get much game time in this weekend due to having guests over basically from Friday until today. I noticed a few modders on the quick 45 mins or so on Saturday, I was hoping they'd have buggered off for a while.
I can't see much in the way of the usual complaint posts on Reddit and the like from this last banwave either.

Its been virtually hacker free for a few days m8, theyre starting to come back on now though, back from their bans i guess.
Hey slash i did 7.6k ft on the wheelie challenge earlier, i manage to start quite far around the bend, im gonna go for 10k next time
I think ive worked out a way i can get over 8500 on the longest freefall too if it all works out

Suffice to say as a gropu we had more than a few issues with death...
However it was a cracking day/evening and I am sure we will all, at some point, attempt it again..
So not so much swimming in cash, more a puddle....

Haha I don't know how people do it, I think I can do most of them without dying, but the Prison Break one I'm basically a bullet sponge. The last time we did that one, I must have gone through nearly all my armor, and I had the heavy armor heist kit equipped
Oh, and the Pac Stan finale - that one's a nightmare if you're running to the bikes/Kuruma.

We died in most spurious circumstances TBH. It was more than a surprise and not expected/deserved.. Me full armour health, 3 seconds 4 police with shor guns... Pete virtually the same...
Just means my stupid fail last week cost us all dear....
The ban wave was very minor and affected lots of first and second time banned bods... The most vocal was steam where it was wall to wall ban messages. I think people are less likely to post on Reddit or R* now as they just get nah na ni na nah....

I was such a retard. We spent about an hour gathering all those busses and fighting off constant cops, and then I went to the top of the multi story to get a good view and just as the train came i couldn't figure out why I couldn't start recording (F Lock was off) and accidentally pressed jump and fell to my death meaning I missed the whole thing.
Tricky captured my fail. I'm on the corner at the top of the red/grey car park, jumping off after a few seconds...

I put 2 dumper trucks end to end up against an immovable object and the train still threw into the sky in a fireball. You really cannot stop it.
Since you've broken your in order, maybe we could finish your Pac and my PB later! I can't host anything till that's done and we should try the landing of the plane outside the prison, or for that matter, anywhere as we will be in the karuma and have the speed to get away. Better than the airstrip with 500 cops all over you.

I have never done it online,. but the first thing I did when I got sticky bombs in single player was stop it.... using cars n stuff, no.... just makes an awesome mess....
But it WAS possible, not sure now.
Hmm, 25 x $600 sticky bombs, expensive exercise but what the hell. Nothing a run on los santos connections won't pay for! Would need 4 or 5 people though as we can only put 5 each.
