Got the broom last night, and the ability to spend skill points - really enjoying this so far.

Finished the story just now. End boss was pretty decent and a fun challenge. Still loads to do as plan to try max 100% out and only 54% in total overall complete.

I see there’s an update out for the PS5 version now. Only 930MB so it downloaded quickly but it’s taking an age to install. Wonder what’s changed. I haven’t had any issues so far.

Xbox and PC got the patch earlier this week, there was a delay for PS5.

There are quite a few fixes, the big one seems to be resolving an issue where certain trophies on PS5 didn't pop.

Completed this morning, decent game. The level of detail is really impressive.

30+ hours is enough for me though and have sold it on.

I’m so glad they slowed those dragonfly things down a tad / made the slap mini game a little easier. (Unless it’s my imagination)

Edit. Omg. My castle has pumpkins ??? There are seasons in this ??

I think it advances based on how far you are in the story. There is Christmas as well, the Great Hall gets decked out.

The quest in Hogsmeade where you open your own shop, probably one of the best in the game. Both fun and terrifying at the same time.

Finally finished it, not sure why all the reviews are so high - yeah for the first 10 or so hours it was great but then you realise the voice acting, character animations, repetitive missions, repetitive dialogue & customisation is awful. :/

I’d agree, it’s alright but definitely not game of the year material or anything.

It really needed another 6 months or so to finish it off properly.

I agree. I still like it but there is a lot of copy and paste. Overall the main storyline is decent so for that I am going to finish it. Quite close to the end now.

Finished and got the platinum. Playing the first part of the game 3 extra times was a drag for only 1 mission being different per house.

Up to level 28 now, still loving this - deffo a GOTY contender, it surpasses anything released for PS5 so far imo; and even being released in such a complete state should be highly commended, I've not had a single bug or glitch so far. And if it wasn't for the stuff cropping up in the PS Store, I'd also be giving them a huge pat on the back for not filling it full of horrid micro transactions too.

How many hours did that take you ? The game isn't difficult but gathering all the collections, challenges etc looks time consuming. I'm about 50 hrs played now and have done 75%. I like the game but the repetitive nature of the Merlin challenges, hidden tombs, collections etc will probably stop me from going for the platinum trophy ( at the moment only 0.2% of players have achieved this on Playstation ! )

I think it was about 55 hours. I did as much as possible as I went to new areas, so it was just clean up after the story. Only had about 20 pages in Hogwarts to find.
