If by smaller you mean height then dont buy a bench thats too tall or you will find it useless no matter how strong it is.
I'm 5' 6" and anything over 18" tall is an absolute no no, 16" is around the perfect height for me but good luck finding a FID bench that low :)

The non folding Body Solid bench is around 22" tall so i would scrap that one no matter how tall you are.

i am the same height as you, i got the body solid folding bench i have used a similar body soid before so i think that one will be ideal. got a bar pad thrown in as well as i need it for squats. all the kit should be with me in 5-10 working days. Hopefully have it all set up the weekend before christmas.

I'm thinking of hanging a punch bag in my garage. The beams look too thin to support a swinging bag so I want to mount it onto a wall. Here is a picture of my garage, can I mount wall brackets on those walls? Are they secure enough?

cheap light punch bags are a waste of time tbh the amount they swing about is just asking for permanent damage to your wrists. always punch as it's moving away from you, not coming towards you.

you want an old school leather one which weighs about as much as you do that will hardly move tbh, but they are expensive.

either that or just buy a freestanding kickboxing bag from wavemaster (you fill the base with both sand and water).

honestly though, i would just find another form of cardio to do or get a speed bag/ball.

Speed ball/bag doesn't do the same as a punchbag. I have a 45kg bag which is heavy enough, only really swings when throwing power shots and even then its not 'a lot'

i have never used a sissy pad, but god damn i used to get some sore red lines on top of my shoulder blades sometimes.

happened rarely though, i think your skin gets used to it, or i just learned to ignore it.

sissy pads imo are dangerous, they don't alloy you to get a proper contact between body and bar making them more prone to slipping.

my dad bought one and i actually threw it out when i saw it.

Do you think it's worth paying extra and getting the powertec rack over the CF475?
