Don't work with remotes though I think. That is the reason for the whole hold up, they can't seem to fix it.
Is the NUC the best option for a HTPC running openelec? Would like to run some heavier skins that the RPI2 struggles with.
Anyone's sky go add-on work? Used to work great for me but not for a while?
(I have a log in)
Cheers

Trying to add http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=82065 to my raspberry pi's xbmc setup.
I've tried OSMC and openelec, you have to copy the files to the skin.confluence folder via SSH
However both of these are read only when connecting and will not let me add the files to the confluence folder...
Is there any way around this to make it not read-only?
Yeah, I bought one and love it.
Never stutters even on 30GB Blu ray ISOs
Can you not just plug the USB stick or sd card (where ever it's stored) into a pc and copy it on that way. I'm sure you could remove the read only properties easy enough in Windows.
Dont you just install it like any other zip?
Stick it somewhere you can navigate to on the device (I stick them on my nas)
Go to addons and install from Zip?
What are you logging into the SSH as?
Ok
So what are you running now, openelec or OSMC ? Is the skin compatible still?
I have never had any locked down filed when logging in as root
