Yup i just started mine off Steam UK about 10 mins ago, pretty much maxing my connection
Oh right! Swap back to UK then, maybe it's HK download time. I just unpaused it to have a peek and I was getting 1.2MB/sI WAS on the Hong Kong server

From looking at the steam bandwidth monitor the demo is just short of 3gigs when downloaded!
