They buy from other regions where the price is cheaper, add a mark up and then sell it on to you... I’ve used them in the past a couple of times for steam games, the downside being there’s no refund option of course.
They are decidedly less shady than some of the other options, but still a “grey market” option.
re the internet connection, don’t confuse the “ideal” spec with being the required spec. The slower your connection the longer it will take to load an area and I believe it adjusts detail levels as required to keep the game working as intended... the caveat being you can have a rolling cache (you decide how much hdd you want to dedicate to it) that stores the data of where you’ve been flying and I believe they will have to option to choose areas specifically to cache.
Simply put there’s no other way to achieve it at the moment, the game would be over 2 petabytes if you had all the world data locally stored.
Grey doesn’t mean they aren’t a legitimate website... it simply means the products are traded outside of the authorized manufacturer's channel, which they are.
“A grey market is a market in which goods have been manufactured by or with the consent of the brand owner but are sold outside of the brand owner's approved distribution channels—an activity that can be perfectly legal.”

Find them as an approved distributor on anyone’s website... they are resellers. Ergo, outside the authorised manufacturers channel, ergo Grey market.
Yes, they are decidedly less shady are they not? The other stores are rife with products bought using stolen credit cards or expired keys, CDkeys is grey market but reliable in my experience.
From their own website FAQ you can see how they work as resellers and where they get their keys
“
- Why are your products so cheap? Our management team has over thirty years of combined experience within the industry with an extensive network of suppliers and contacts from which to source products. We buy from all corners of the globe to ensure the cheapest possible prices and as we only sell products in a digital format we're able to make significant savings on postage and related expenses - we then pass these reductions on to you, which ensures our pricing is the most competitive around!”
I can only tell you what they tell you... "an exclusive network of suppliers and contacts". I imagine their exact sources are a closely guarded secret!
What is shady about them is that they aren't an official distributer and if for example buying a steam key you aren't entitled to a refund as you would be buying on steam (although sometimes they will from what I've seen, they aren't obliged to like steam). They are also technically losing the companies making these products money by reselling keys from regions where the pricing has been adjusted to account for eg lower average incomes which people in higher income countries wouldn't normally have access to.
Anyway, this isn't a CDkeys thread it's a MSFS2020 thread, so I won't comment any further on it... Facts are facts, they are by the very definition of the term grey market but a significantly better route than most of the others.
How come so cheap from CDkeys?
Already answered, do you work for them as you seem awfully protective? If you don't know where the keys are coming from then how can you label them as a grey market? For all you know, the keys are coming from approved distribution sellers from the main companies which have approved them to sell them on. Otherwise how are you suggesting they are getting thousands of keys for say Xbox live?
I refer you to my prior comment... feel free to actually read the link I gave you too. Let’s not derail this thread further please.
Probably sourced from foreign markets or stolen credit cards
Already answered, do you work for them as you seem awfully protective?
Yes officer I suspect this company based in Dubai of being less than honest....Ahhh the good old do you work for them line. Love it.
If you're suggesting CDkeys are selling keys that have come from stolen credit cards, I suggest you have evidence of that and have provided it to the Police?
Yes officer I suspect this company based in Dubai of being less than honest..... Take you Cdkeys pompoms elsewhere. You have asked, people have answered now move on.
