Weird mine only seems to use/goto 50% ram usually of my 32gb, this is at 4k

The sim doesn't need more memory, but it will use more if you give it more. Mine uses about half of my 16GB most of the time, fluctuating up and down.

I’ve heard a few people say the same thing, which I don’t really understand because the last time I tested FS it was eating around 9-10GB RAM
My ram comments were a little misleading above. I meant to say system memory with game running. Now, I have nothing else of note running, just the Xbox game app, not even a browser. My system was using around 19 when running. Before I stuck 32 in my Ryzen setup, it was showing around 95 percent in use using the Ms performance app.

I was quite surprised and happy to see a number of POIs showing as I flew over the UK last time - a welcome feature for someone like me that has no sense of direction

Haha, I know exactly what you mean
I still need to try flying over NYC, but I’m scared of my computer exploding in a tantrum

It's like the time I asked if anyone had any "gold cathodes" for sale
I've whacked a few more settings like reflections and terrain detail to Ultra, framerates seem same as the high-end preset so will stay with at 3440x1440

As for now, I had a bit of fun this eve...
Also switch the engines off (CTRL+SHIFT+E) at high altitude and simply glide along like a silent bird, so peaceful! CTRL+E to turn back on, press only once and allow time for them to slowly spool back up.

Do you think it’s a problem with the game? You know... considering theres plenty of people running the game with no issue?
