I agree on that first point, I personally don't know what exactly is being censored in Xenoblade, but if it's anything like BD, then it's unnecessary. That game didn't exactly have skimpy outfits like most Japanese anime BS, rather there was one outfit that looked like bands, exposing a bit of skin where the bands didn't wrap at the sides. Trust me, it's not anything off-putting, I for one loath pointless pervy nonsense (thus I generally hate anime as a whole, despite the good ones like Full Metal Alchemist).

As for Xenoblade WiiU not being as good as previous games? Meh, at least I saved £20 on the collector's edition. I barely play most of my games anyway. For example, I haven't touched Pikmin 3 since release. I'll give it a go, but in the worst case scenario... at least that's more time to play Just Cause 3.

Oh and here's some rare news for Nintendo. For upcoming Black Friday, game.co.uk have got some crazy deals for Bayonetta 2, just £16 for the normal game or £25 for the special edition (the same but includes Bayonetta 1). Thing is... I'm not interested in those spectacle fighter type games, I tried God of WAr on PS3 and it wasn't my jam. But I'm sure other folks might be interested. I'll post this info in the deals thread too.

Question; When you use Amazon France do you pay in Euro or GBP? GBP was coming out at around £43 whereas the Euro price was converting to around £40.50. I know I probably won't get that exact rate but I'm still thinking it might be cheaper.

It is nearly always cheaper to pay in the currency of the website. I am Irish but I would always pay in GBP when buying from Amazon UK. Paying in Euro is always a few percentage more.
 
Just a heads up, Xenoblade Chronicles is only £8.99 on the Wii U eShop ATM. Now is a good time to grab it if you haven't aleady

Find out what fees your credit/debit card charges. They vary a lot. If you have the best card, you will save a few percent by paying in Euros.
 
Anyone got Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash? The reviews are poor due to lack of content, but apparently the game itself is fun. Looks like a lot fun playing multi player.

Nintendo should have just delayed the game and released it in 6 months time with a career mode and more content really.

I will wait until it drops to £15 or there abouts and pick it up.
 
I'm itching to get my hands on Fast Racing Neo, apparently it's due for release December but no official release date as been given, really hope it does turn up this side of Christmas as it looks awesome :)

Yea, that does look good. Will check out the reviews first though.

As far as I know it has been under development for like 2+ years. Hopefully will be good.
 
Heads up for 40% off bayonetta 2 on eshop, now £23 ... Must resist . Also first xenonblade 8.99 :)

Edit: also xenonblade data packs are up for pre download for the guys that have the disc version coming :)
 
Lots of good reviews for Xenoblade Chronicles out now.

Been keeping an eye on this game. And after reading some of the reviews I ordered a copy of it for myself.
 
I have gone from not caring (as in paying any attention) to pre-ordering the Wii-U Xenoblade bundle on Amazon. The game looks *bleep* amazing!


Roll on the weekend. :D
