Monthly donation sent.

Mooching about in an abandoned mine and found not two, but three spawners within an incredibly short distance of each other!! The best I have so far found is two cave spider spawners within 8 blocks of each other. That made a very good xp/string farm.

These are a skelly, zombie and cave spider all within a few block of each other. Never seen anything like it before! I'll prolly use the skelly spawner to make a bone farm and nerf the other two. Cool stuff - cheers Ham.

 
I keep meaning to jump on and say hi, but something comes up or i'm not in the mood to play.

The donations says £40 because i donated £15 at the beginning of March which went towards the February payment. That's why the funds say £40 when they are really £25.

I would donate more but i just spent a chunk on a new graphics card. GTX 970 :D
 
I can probably push another fiver if needs be, if a couple of other peeps are happy to chip in to keep things ticking another month?

Also, awesome job clearing the area for new spawn Ham ^_^

If it's ok with everyone and not too much trouble, would you be able to copy my cathedral over to sit on the area outlined at the top, facing the middle of the square please? I'm finding it hard to plan the rest of the area without it:-

No probs - Dubs and I did it last week/weekend. I'll soften the two mountain bits at some point too.

btw your img isn't showing on your post?

I have no problem with your build coming over, but we currently don't have World Edit on the new server. I've mailed Yrth to see if we can get WE installed on the new server so the schematic of your cathedral can be transferred in.

Funds wise, I can spare a few more quid if needs be too.

Sweet, thanks! The image should be fixed now :)

Once the cathedral's been moved I'll sort out more detailed plans so everyone who wants to can help crack on. For now I'm trying to light the area and maybe start on getting the walls built to make the place mobproof.

Can anyone come up with a good compact drawbridge type thing using pistons and whatnot for the entrances?

It's just a thought, but with the new grief prevention stuff on the server is it really necessary to have such strict and off-putting rules for new players to join?

By the looks of it, the server's not gonna survive on donations from the existing playerbase, so either we need to increase the number of players or each be prepared to fork out a lot more money
 
If I could get on the mod server (direwolf one) I'd be happy to cover whatever is left for the month to cover costs. But so far 3 days trying and cant get on at all lol

Just unable to connect, think im still whitelisted but cant even get that far lol

In the server list just shows as "cant connect to server"

try connecting to : linktart.co.uk
thre was an update not long ago to do with linking the worlds togeather and load balancing.cant remember the name right now but there is one address to connect to then you can travel to which ever instance you want.
at least thats how i understand it.
