I'll pop this on linktart.enjin tomorrow but just to let van players know, my slime farm is up and running. It's an afk farm, so please, only take what YOU afk.
The rates after 30 mins
That's pretty awesome tbf. Took a lot of caving and lighting up the surface, but yay - slimes for all.
Once things are more settled I'll put in a temp rail system from spawn to the slime farm and the iron farm. Oh yeah - there's also a villager trading post out my way too
I'm hoping Gazzab can work his magic on the new spawn area and am looking forward to seeing his cathedral in all its glory

Hey all. Been busy building a few things. Out at Dubs and my place you will find and iron and a slime farm. Rates on the iron farm are about 2.5 stacks of ingots per hour. Rates on the slime farm are insane - 12.5 stacks of slime in 30 minutes!!
Please feel free to use these farms, but please only take the loot that you afk yourself - cheers.
You will also find a villager trading post there with some villagers selling very good books such as Silk and Feather Fall III to name a couple. Have fun trading with them.
There is also a very quick xp farm at the end. If you travel to our place there is a nether portal that will take you to a shortcut to the end, just follow the signs when you get to the nether.
I'll signpost up the farms later today and may at some point put in a temporary rail from spawn.
Our base coords are -230 200 ish, so a short distance from spawn.

So... Found a map, Factorization map or something i think, followed it, it spawned some massive monster, and I appear to of broke things... can connect to the server, but i just fall through the floor and get DC'ed

try changing your game mode and fly

cheers yrth, that got me away from the mob, I appear to of been stuck in a block that was part of the mob, Now just to find a way to stop this stupid block lag, having to break everything like 4 or 5 times, 10-15 second wait on opening chests/machines..

if you are using windows 7/8 turn off IPV6
other wise check your java verson
I was online there and i am not getting block lag myself
oh also make sure you are not downloading anything or streamining anything

Grab the FTB installer, run the direwolf20 modpack, version 1.2.1 i think, its the top version, but dont select recommended. Server ip to connect to is linktart.co.uk:55556
That should all work straight away, dont need to muck around with adding or disabling any of the included mods.. I dont beleive there us a map render at the minute. Yrth might be able to help with that more than me

Got the Minecraft itch again so just tried getting on the server and got a fatal error "Missing blocks and items" by using version 1.2.1 of the Direwolf20 pack. Never seen this error before.
Also unsure if I am still whitelisted as I haven't played for some time. If one of you fine gents could check and add me if necessary that'd be great, thanks. IGN: Jegethy

Whats your MC name, I'll stick it on the MC list to make sure.
Tefal, have you been able to get on much? Was it laggy at all for you, timeing out every few minutes?
