hehe, so why post it??Thats because the 5850 is not supported yet.
OK here's some more AA in crysis bench tool results and DX10 very high. For some reason it switches to 1080i 30hz when running DX10 which is annoying and was the same with the GTX260 IIRC.
Crysis Bench Tool -
1080p/All High/DX9 - 56avg,32min,70max
1080p/All High/4xAA/DX9 - 45avg,25min,53max
1080p/All High/8xAA/DX9 - 48avg,27min,57max
1080p/All High/16xAA/DX9 - 48avg,27min,58max
1080p/All Very High/DX10 - 30avg,18min,35max
So, over 4xAA it's not working for some reason. It look like it's probably applying 2xAA.
Block is on!!
Max core temp so far is 37C!! What app will show me VRM temps?
Gonna try some clocking now.
Does AMDGPUClockTool support the 5850 vrm read out?
VRM hit 92C in furmark after about 90secs.
Heatsinks not enough so I'd better get a fan in there or a full block.

Good chance this Zalman ZM-RHS70 will fit. Fixing centers look very close.

Just checking, v.0.9.26.0 ?
9.8. I'll try 9.26.
I would think whatever passive heat sinks are used you will still require airflow across them, but that bolt on jobbie without pads will be way better.
