Right I have my key associated with my Station account now but no sign of an email with a download link. Any idea how long that takes to come through?

If you mean a download link for PS2, as far as I know nobody has it yet.

i was never into the ground combat in ps1.

always flew the galaxy or sometimes reaver's, escorting loadstars.

I reckon the explosions will probably drop your fps, but everything else should run ok.
We shall see though if they add any fancy effects come release.

Thankfully they ain't using something crappy like the crytek engine.

That trailer looks rubbish though, nothing worse than staging an assault video with a terrible strategy of walking forward to take a point.

At least Dice were clever with showing off BF2, even though it was the same idea back then.

It does look pretty cool, want to see mass PvP videos, as thats what I am getting the game for, Ship, Vehicle and foot attacks all coordinated, ... thats what I want ...

The problem is I only just upgraded last week from a 4850... maybe 7850's will be cheaper by the time it's released!

I'm hedging bets. PS1 vet (actually playing again, it's still pretty decent, landed in a nice outfit right away - if you have money to burn and an urge to play it you can still "do" the original. It's abotu £20 and £7 a month in subs) key from twitter AND 2/3 copies of PC gamer

That's my birthday also.. Playing the PS2 beta would be the best birthday present ever.
