There's only one empire - VS!

There are two minor factions you can play though - NC and TR

He is right, last time I was in a beta (sw:tor) I spoke about it on here and got reported by a person on here.

So its worth your while being careful what you say.

Its probably a good idea to point out that its not even beta yet its still the tech alpha afaik a lot of features are still not present.

Yup this, lots still to be done, and for what it is I enjoyed it.
