***Official Reading 2009 Thread***

Never found out who my spare was for - anyone got a suggestion for the best way to sell at this short notice? I've stuck an ad on gumtree, really don't want to resort to a scummy tout on the day.
 
ah **** it, its too late to sell it on the net just go sell it to a tout, make sure you count the money they give you tho, my mate found a ticket on the floor last year sold it for "£220" but foundout the tout only gave him £180, but then again my mate was a pussy.
 
The clashes on Friday at Leeds (Sat at Reading) are attorcious. Especially when you consider the rest of the line up isn't that good (for us non-Radiohead fans anyway).

Doesn't account for Alternative stage or the BBC introducing stage

Mind you, the website doesn't seem 100% correct either unless Deadmau5 is playing the dance tent at 15:20 is correct, vitalic is on at 22:30.

I'm going with some shorts, flip flops, boots, beer, hoodie, waterproof, undies, t shirts, torch, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste sleeping bag and wet wipes I think thats about it
 
Anyone remember what time the headliner finishes? and how long it takes to get from the field to the train station?

Sobs at one day ticket. :(

Headliner finishes, i think, around 11.30pm but its at least 10mins to get out of the arena because of the crowds. From there, perhaps a 30mins walk to the station...this a rough estimate though mate.

Not to bad then. Will stand at the back of the field and wont miss to much. Only Kings of leon anyway. which I'm not to fussed about.

DEFTONS is the highlight of the day.

From what I've read on the Reading forums, he is playing at 1520 so he can then go and headline a stage at Cream festival.
