***Official Reading 2009 Thread***

Thought it was being released at 2am...yay for Billy Talent though. They weren't bad on the main stage when i saw them last time. HUGE YAY for Rise Against. Oh and HUGE YAY for Alexisonfire. !

Ah its good, its better than bands like these are on smaller stages.

Like Biffy last year were **** on main stage, epecially in the day cause the winds blowing and you cant hear anything properly.

Well a lot of people will say dont wear your best clothes or dont bring anything valuable, but in my experience i've never had anything wrecked or stolen.

Just bring a good attitude to party :D

Yeah, ive been reading around and picked up that general tip. So i bought a £20 phone off ebay to replace my iphone whilst at reading :P. Also, which camp is the best place to camp? I've heard good things about green. And do many people wear wellies?

Wellies at Leeds last year were essential. If it rains and the mud becomes really heavy they sell out fast on the stalls and become impossible to get hold of without being a ***** and stealing some.

I never had my wellies off at Leeds last year and in 2007 I never had them on! Basically it can go either way but I would always take some to be on the safe side.

I always pack the wellies just incase , you never know when its going to rain and when it rains at a festival things get wet and muddy real fast.

Also i always camp in Yellow Camp in the same spot every year.
Its where a lot of the partying starts because its right out the gates to the arena also , its good because you dont have miles to walk just to get out of the place when you want to go into town.
