Right, just waiting for a waterblock now.

Forgot how much a total PITA this case is for cable management, but I can't quit bring myself to part with it.

Good to hear!

I'm tearing my hair out over the waterblock situation. I'm getting close to grabbing a cheap EK MX and making my own mounting kit.

Good to hear :-)

I've got fed up waiting for the EK block so as a stop gap I'm buying a friends Corsair H55 AIO that I'll be picking up tomorrow. It's small and prob doesn't have the capacity to cool the 1950X properly but at least I'll be able to get all my software installed and configured ready for starting back at uni in a couple of weeks.

Ok, stop gap aio installed so working on tweaking mem, stable at 3466 c16 :-) just running some baseline benches.

Not too shabby for the cheapest 32gb kit OCUK had at the time or ordering!

I haven't really got anything to compare it to, so that's a bit hard to say. However, of the little bit of gaming I've done, I'm certainly not dissapointed!

OK, been benching pretty much non stop the last two days @ 3600C16 on mem, not a single crash and memtest ran overnight with no errors (800% coverage).

I'm pretty chuffed with that!

Woop!

Essentially, yes - well that and the mounting holes being in the right place as well!

Were you expecting anything different?

Waterblock installed. Initial testing shows capable of 4.05v @ 1.35v, peaks at 81c in prime after about quarter of an hour and stabilises around 74c.
