Loaning him out?

Sell him.

I wish, Wenger does NOT give up on his youngsters, Diaby should have gone 3 years ago, Denilson should have gone 3 years ago, the Hoytes, is one of them still at Arsenal, the other should have gone 3-4 years earlier. Randall is still being moved to a new position every season on the off chance the incredibly slight, not fast, not particularly good player might come good, despite not looking close for years.

IF Wenger had even the slightest ruthless streak in him Arsenal would have won several titles in the past 5 years.

If arsenal had one or two really top class forwards they would be unbelievable.

I watched the second half of the celtic game and the move the ball very well very quick but lack abit upfront imo.

Altho chamakh (SP?) looks lively

Well Chamakh actually looks great, RVP is great, Eduardo was great, is great, just hasn't had 3 games in a row since his injury because Wenger still doesn't know what rotation is, Vela is fantastic, Bendter is great.

He only started 13 league games, scored 6, got 6 assists, thats a higher goals and assists per minute rate than ADebayor, goals to minutes he's only really beaten by Drogba, Rooney, RVP, Defoe--ish. Anelka played over twice the minutes and had less than twice the goals and way less than twice the assists, in a better team.

This is ignoring that Bendtner started some games on the wing, played a lot of his games while Fabregas, RVP, Arshavin, Gallas were injured, he also scored 5 in 7 champs league games, which is amongst the best in that competition, with 1 goal and 2 assists against Barca. THis is while he was rushed back from injury in Feb, and played with a groin problem the whole season, played with a groin problem in the world cup where he got goals.

Then Jay Thomas actually looked incredibly good in preseason aswell, we've got PLENTY of great strikers, what we have is a manager who benches great strikers, plays a worse formation and players worse players in midfield that make us a worse team. WE couldn't finish against Celtic because Theo missed about 5 ridiculously simple passes to often 3 or 4 open Arsenal players waiting for a tap in, because he can't play football to save his life. Embarassingly I think he got two assists in the game, one for being unable to hit the target with a shot which went to Vela, and one for getting the ball in miles of space, running into a non moving defender, and having the ball bounce off him into Nasri's path.

If he made 1 of his simple passes earlier in the second half we'd likely have not conceded. We've got the strikers, and a manager completely unwilling to give them games. Why we've wasted another 70-80k a week on a striker, when we're unwilling to play more than one, and have 5 rotting on the bench I don't know. Chamakh could be world class, so could vela, bendtner, Eduardo, Thomas, etc, etc, they can't be world class bench warmers, only Sol's fat arse would improve us in the bench warming stakes.

Probably on 60k a week following his hat trick against Croatia and him being labelled the next big thing etc for so long

Yup, well we I assume gave him a pretty hefty wage when he left Southampton as I'm sure he had several other offers aswell, so we gave him a lot of cash to choose Arsenal. Then contract renewing time Wenger didn't think "hmm, he's been entirely crap, I was wrong, he's shown no ability, but can run a bit, though always in the wrong direction", instead he though "I've put my faith in him, I really really hate being wrong, so I'll keep him as a highly paid Arsenal star till I drop dead hoping he has like, maybe 3 good games in a single season so I can be proven right, damn the cost".

We should have cut our losses years ago, Wenger just seems absolutely terrified of selling a player and getting it wrong.

Well im really unhappy that City havent taken Boateng,Silva,Tevez to Germany because we could do with them all bonding before the Valencia game... anyways anyone whos interested watch it on ESPN tonight at 7pm

Valencia will be ok, they're similar to Sevilla, have to sell their stars regularly but always buy well and constantly bring through top quality youth players.
