Majority sure, some have moved to trying out under-screen although arguably it's a fair way away before it'll get adopted by the mainstream manufacturers.

Nothing wrong with it, it's the sort of notch we saw half a decade ago or so. Certainly could be made smaller, similar to what other manufacturers have done.
They do pack a load of sensors in there, so i can see why there would a limit to how small they could go and why they don't opt for a "hole punch".
 
Yet another iPad. I get confused seems they have new models every 6 months. I've still got a 9.7" pro I only use for reading books.

Even worse is that they are filming and playing the stream at a high FPS/shutter speed, so all the movement looks unnatural.
 
I've been in the market for a Mini 5 for a while. Hopefully some second hand ones appear otherwise I'll be tempted by this new one. I just need one as a backup to my 12.9" iPad Pro.
 
So they updated the design of the iPad Mini but not the vanilla iPad?

Edit - Will they eventually discontinue the iPad keeping the Pro, Air, Mini?
