Smaller notch, minor spec bump, improved cameras etc. Typical ‘S’ upgrade on the iPhone 12.
We hit peek smart phone years ago so have low expectations of anything revolutionary.
The only ‘wow’ upgrade your going to get is spending £1500 on a galaxy fold these days.
My wife is still running a 6S+ and it’s more than sufficient still. It doesn’t have the sharpest camera but it’s more than fine for social media nonsense and we browsing/apps are fine. She doesn’t game on her phone which is what most normal people need the extra power for.
120hz is the big one for me, but I dont trust the 1st gen implementation and how it will affect the battery, so i will wait to see how it is and then buy the 2022 model.
It's not first gen - Androids have had LTPO panels for a couple of years now. As for battery life I used to get 9-10 hours screen on time on my old Galaxy S20 FE which was 120hz and no LTPO panel. The claims of excess battery drain are exaggerated.
Any news on new air pod pros?

You're clumsy. It's not really fragile at all now and hasn't been for quite a few iterations. One thing I wish I could do is enjoy the iPhone in its full glory without a big rubber case and screen protector. Apple hardware is such a joy to handle, but so fragile in day to day use (or I’m just clumsy!).

Is the new phone going to be a 13 or a 12S?
Bit late to the reduced notch size party, and still fairly big
Interested in a watch and ipods if they are announced, the 12 mini running great still.
I think it's a welcome change, until they remove it completely while retaining FaceID.
As you can see from the photo they are packing a lot of sensors in there, it's not just a single front facing camera.
